With each passing year TEMA India has moved up the value chain, in terms of both, metallurgy and variety of exchangers. We now design and manufacture heat exchangers for the Oil & Gas, Power and Fertiliser sectors. Our design specifications are more stringent than those defined by the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers)code and TEMA(Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association).
TEMA India holds the Indian patent for shrink ring technology used in the manufacture of Screw Plug Heat Exchangers for High-Pressure and High-Temperature Oil & Gas applications. The technology enhances safety, reliability and ease of maintenance.

All heat exchangers designed and manufactured by us continue to operate at full efficiency the world over. We believe that we are the only brand in existence that can make such claims. The company’s manufacturing facilities are accredited with ISO 9001:2008 and hold ASME U, U2, R, S and NB certifications.
TEMA India is approved by almost all large-end users, process licensors and global EPC contractors in Oil & Gas, Power and Fertiliser sectors. We cater to most of the oil and gas refiners globally and the Power and Fertiliser sectors in India. In July 2016, we presented a paper (An Improved Design of Threaded Closures for Screw Plug Heat Exchangers) at the 50th ASME Pressure Vessels & Piping Conference, Vancouver, Canada).
By 2020, we aim to be the world’s largest design, engineering and fabrication company manufacturing Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers. Our CAGR of 42% over the past four years gives us the confidence to do so. We are open to strategic partnerships that facilitate our progress.
