Biography

I relish challenges, they stir me up. I believe CONFLICT is the father of CREATIVITY. I quickly get bored with routine things. I always undertake jobs which people give up and say success is hard to find. I see great potential and opportunity in difficult and complex things.

I was involved in addressing the toughest challenges faced by refineries and developed the SHRINK FIT RING technology for Screw Plug(Breech Lock Heat Exchangers). It is patented and a technical paper authored is presented to American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) and copyrights are also assigned to ASME.

I am also passionate about coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
